Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
It has been a busy week and my creative side is running low so I defer to a wonderful passage from The Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s last sermon given on April 3, 1968. I encourage you to read read, contemplate, and act on his words! What a great man!
"It's all right to talk about streets flowing with milk and honey, but God has commanded us to be concerned about the slums down here and His children who can't eat three square meals a day. It's all right to talk about the new Jerusalem, but one day God's preacher must talk about the... new Atlanta [or anywhere there are hungry, needy, and marginalized persons]... This is what we have to do."
See ya Sunday!
Blessings & Peace
